About Black: A Metallica Ballet
Black is a piece that took about 7 years for me to complete.

It began as simply the solo you see in the first movement, Unforgiven.
The story revolves around a young girl that is lost, seeking help and
searching for answers.

Later, I had the opportunity to finish the piece while studying dance
in college.

The girl falls asleep, dreaming vividly and eventually becomes a
character in her own dream.
